Pharmacist - Olufemi Omodara

My name is Olufemi Omodara. I have been married for 26 years and have three beautiful girls, ages 25, 20 and 14. My journey as a pharmacist started in my home country, Nigeria, where I graduated pharmacy school in 1988. I moved to the U.S. in 1989 and was licensed in the state of Iowa in 1992. In 1997, we moved our then family of 3 to Phoenix, AZ and I’ve called this city home ever since.

My passion for pharmacy is evident to anyone who works with me and I’m dedicated to serving this community. I love to empower my patients in all capacities, which was one of the reasons I became a diabetes educator. I have extensive training in the area of diabetes specifically, as well as other areas of disease management.

I take pride in knowing my patients on an individual basis to best tailor my services. Many of my patients have become friends and family due to the empathy that I provide. A lot of my patients will call me when they need a listening ear for a personal issue because I focus on the humanity of each individual rather than making them feel like just a number. I visit my patients regularly and love to give hugs as needed.

In my free time, I love to travel, dance, go to church and spend time with my family. I also love to read to better myself in all aspects. I love learning about different cultures and ethnic groups because I believe in the power of our uniqueness and diversity. Join the family and make South Central your home pharmacy.

Marketing Manager - Lina Mohamed

Hello, my name is Lina Mohamed. A year ago, I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies, a hybrid of marketing communication and sales. After years in retail, I started working in healthcare as a patient coordinator with Phoenix Family Medical Clinic. I served the refugee population through interpretation and appointment coordination. I found it rewarding to connect with the patients because I came to this country as a refugee 18 years ago. In my personal time, I enjoy traveling and trying new things because of my adventurous side. I also enjoy trying new restaurants because I am a big foodie - Asian is my favorite but I am not picky. When I am not looking for new places to eat, I explore art museums and theaters as well. I am incredibly passionate about art, which is where my love for makeup stems from - I can spend hours in Sephora.

I am excited to serve the community based on my background in and passion for healthcare and look forward to working with you.

Technician - Adriana Silva

My name is Adriana and I grew up in Phoenix with my parents and three younger siblings. Growing up, I was always involved in many activities ranging from singing to volleyball. Singing makes me come alive and I always look for opportunities to sing outside of the shower, including choirs and holiday caroling.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband Jose and my stepdaughter Adrialys. We love trying new foods, going to church events and listening/watching phantom of the opera. Family means everything to me and I love that I get to be close to my siblings and parents as well as my new family. My passion for family led me to join this amazing team because of the importance placed on caring for and helping others. I am excited to serve the community that I grew up in and love so much.
